Free with an optional donation.

A larger community-focused class offering group mindfulness techniques and physical movements.

Meditation and Stress Reduction

  • Sundays at 6:00 PM CT

  • Thursdays at 12:30 PM CT

Cost: $20 per class.

Small, personalized classes designed to balance the nervous system using mindfulness techniques for physical and mental health.

Private Wellness Coaching
Available both in-person or online on Zoom.

Cost: $125 per session.

Includes one week of free access to all classes. Personalized coaching to support your wellness journey.

Speaking Engagements
Drake is available for both online or in-person speaking engagements tailored for:
