Group Meditation & Stress Reduction 

In Group Meditation & Stress Reduction we will experience meditation and mindfulness directly through discussion and practice of simple stress reduction techniques. The group environment allows you to draw on the community to improve your mindfulness practice. These sessions involve meditation, concentration exercises, and conversation, while sitting both in chairs and on the floor.
