Day 20 - The Invitation To Genius

This is an encouragement to you, to you, to ask from yourself your spectacular best. Not to coerce yourself, not to attempt to terrify yourself into it or to manipulate yourself into it. Not to attempt to force yourself into it, or damage those around you to elevate yourself into it.

I am asking that you lift yourself into your greatness by sinking your roots into the deep rich earth of it . Time doesn't just have length, but also depth, and your life is not not just the length of its years, but also the quality of it’s experience. This is the invitation to genius.

It is ephemeral, not reliable but always on time. It is amor fati, the love of fate, but it loves you vastly more than you love or even can love yourself. That is why it is genius. It is completely, uniquely you, and me too. It is those that love, and even hidden in those that hate.

It can be bent at times toward egocentric purposes, diabolical genius, but never captured permanently. Eventually it goes it’s own way, and dedicates itself to light, to good. It can only be warped for a while because it is dedication to the light of truth. Genius is dedicated to truth above all else.

You can often find hints of what it is by looking at what it is not. It is not afraid. It is not manipulative. It does not lose sight of what it’s values are because it is the physical manifestation of its values. It is love. Genius does not suffer. Genus makes even the difficult look easy. It is the easiest thing in the world because we do not have to try to be it.  We are it.
