Sometimes You Just Have To Rest

I know you have been through alot

You are the foundation of strength 

Others look to you to be strong

Sometimes you just have to rest

It is hard to do

In a time of crisis

With others looking to us

Sometimes strength is not being strong

You can do it

Do it tonight

Draw a hot bath

Make it special; candle light, Epsom salt

Take a break and breathe

Do the calming breath

Sing and then just be, if it feels right, cry

There is stillness beneath it all 

Sometimes you just have to rest
