To You

This is a note to you. 

To those going through a lot right now. 

Who are going through times more challenging than they have ever imagined.

And to those who can provide support

But experience the unique pain of only being able to sit on the sideline.

There are many of us who are really hurting right now.

Most likely one of them is you.

After a crisis,

Or in the middle of one. Especially in the middle of one.

Slow down..

Slow your breathing down.

Bring your awareness into your lower abdomen. 

You are not alone. We can all draw strength from each other.

Breathe. We got this.

Pay attention. Right now. Especially right now. 

Keep your awareness broad, activate your peripheral vision. 

Slow the breath and say “I am” 

We’ll be alright.
