Shine Your Light

The heart of being is a shining star. It illuminates the universe, and shines joy into the world. Joy does not come from the world to you, it shines out of you. But only if you are present, only if you live from the heart. Greed blocks the heart, and warps reality. It blocks us from ourselves, and has us role playing and manipulating. Living with a closed heart is an endless grind, and ends up with us against the world. 

We are meant to shine from our heart, to have a great time, to live in and from joy. We can do this! Not from checking constantly how popular we are, but in the courage of living from our own light. This time is exactly what we need as a human family to find our heart. 

Who knows the ripple of kindness? How a single act can change the world? We can keep our connection with our heart, and people all over the world. Let’s do it and not be held back by fear or insecurity. Our minds are connected, and we are influenced by each other. Let’s not wait for the world to change. Let’s each of us do it ourselves. Laugh, and look for people doing good. Even in groups that you are upset with. 

Certainly we need to find our way, and limit setting is part of it. We are involved with a global human illness, and the corona virus is a symptom. It is another opportunity to decide what kind of world we live in. Is the law of life us versus them? Or love and respect?  We all have good reason to be angry, but it will not save us. Hating illness is not a good way to cure it. Living from the heart refusing to hate will make a difference. Stay present and calm. Step up, no matter what others may do, and shine from your best self.
