Faultlessness And Blamelessness

We need you now.

We need you to reach another level of willingness to let things go. It is the only way we can move forward. We are  angry, justifiably so. I say we without pointing to specifically any particular one is because we are so pissed off. All of us. And we all think we are right. NO, we know we are right. However, here is an issue. Someone else is just as pissed at us as we are of them, feeling equally justified as we do. What do we do?

We got to let that shit go.

I am not talking about forgetting the past, or pretending to forget what happened in childhood. (I will never forget that. ) And I am not about not setting firm limits, so much that it is worth giving up life in certain situations. No, I am talking about some hard truths about all of us. We expect someone who is doing wrong, or did do wrong to deserve the blame for what they did. And of course they were responsible. We are responsible for what we have done.

That being said, if we want to tell the truth, we have to deal with a hard truth ourselves. In Buddhism there is what is called faultlessness and blamelessness No one is at fault, no one is to blame. Each, even the most disturbed and mentally ill of our leaders is really  living from the echoes of trauma. Especially the most unhinged is that way because of profound trauma.

Each was in a milieu that set this in motion. Their childhood was tortured, It is just true. They did not put themselves in motion. The cue ball is not at fault for knocking in the eight. If you think you can pull a glowing red rock out of a molten fire, and not be likely to set another blaze, you are just irrational, and we have too many irrational people here

Again I am not talking about not setting limits.  However it is time to let go of this sort of background need to sit in  judgement of evil, because evil is its own cause. That is why it is evil. When we as humans come closest to achieving true evil it often through a grand inquisitor convinced they are the mouthpiece of God, and of course God wants them to be in power. What we're dealing with is mental illness. Choose kindness. Do you want to see kindness go out of the world? Choose compassion which is the lubrication of a peaceful world. Choose inspiration and passion which is positive indifference. We are going to make it. Choose joy, becaause without it food has no flavor , and the sky is grey. Most particularly be one who  puts down the judgement robe and learns the meaning of blamelessness and faultlessness.
