Formidable

I have had some very challenging days in my life, but I am immensely aware that had I not had those challenges I would not have developed the determination or confidence. I have tweaked my process over the years and continue to do so. It is living, breathing and shifting  in real time to meet the challenge of living

I began my own process early in my life, and it still serves me to this day. It is very challenging even in it’s kindness, very patient even as I feel urgency. It requires all the focus I can muster along a slow steady build of intention.I learned to do practice, breathing techniques, Yoga, meditation, reframing, interrupting  rhythm and more.

I have learned to change very, very slowly. In learning to slow down my development sped Up. The first major shift was when I realized I was no longer terrified. For the most part, not completely, but dramatically different. One day I just realized I had not had a panic attack for months. This was huge to me, as fear had been how others attempted to motivate me, and how I attempted to motivate myself.

I learned to be consistent, and determined. When I defeated my fear, everything shifted. I should not say defeated, because it is really an ongoing management. For the most part I learned to let go of fear..

We must learn not to be afraid of being afraid. Not to get angry about being mad. No feeling anxiety about feeling anxiety or suffering from low self esteem because you have esteem that is low.. When we get caught up in emotion we find that fear wants to become terror and anger to become hatred. We cannot avoid pain, but we can learn not  to suffer from it.
